What you put inside your body will impact the performance of your body. To boost your appearance of great skin, a healthy glow, beautiful nails, shiny hair, toned body, well-being, and energy level depend upon the types of foods you put into your body. Focusing on being healthy from the inside out means eating a variety of foods every day and exercising regularly.
Modeling should not involve crash or starvation diets. The right foods feed your skin, hair, nails, healthy glow, well being, and a high energy level. Diet and nutrition
Diet and Nutrition are very important - stay away from fried food and chocolates especially in your teen years!
- Avoid fried foods; avoid junk foods such as chips, candy, and cakes. Do not bulk up on breads, pastas and potatoes that will stay on your waist. Most all vegetables are great. Do eat some good carbs such as oatmeal and sweet potatoes.
- Fresh baked chicken s great with vegetables. Fish, turkey. Remember if you are trying to drop a few pounds that most fruits are high in sugar. Berry's and melons are the best fruits.
- Some vegetables are also high in sugar and carbs such as carrots and corn.
- Watch the sodium levels in all foods. You can rinse much of that off for example if the sodium is high in ca can of tuna.
REMEMBER:
- Eat a balanced diet. Vegetables and lean meats and nuts etc. It is important to make whatever diet you chose a life style of healthy eating.
- This is the life that you have chosen. So eat accordingly. It is a state of mind that you will always choose the correct foods since it is your life style not a diet.
- Don't just go on a designer diet and then when you reach your achieved weight go back to not knowing what you were doing before. Remember long-term success will come when you make healthy choices.
- You will feel like a million bucks if you give your self this respect of the food s that you putting into your body only being the best. You deserve it!!
